Jennifer Fiandt

Jennifer has performed as a Radio City Rockette for ten years. She is a certified level 2 STOTT Pilates instructor and continues her studies through Kinected Center, Movements Afoot, and Erika Bloom. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University, where she completed her BA in public relations and minor in dance.

Jennifer enjoys working with all ages and abilities and focuses on education to increase confidence. The marriage of breathwork, fascia and soft tissue manipulation, imagery, anatomy and humor in her sessions challenges clients to reorganize movement patterns and restore ease in their bodies.  Specialties include the unique needs of pre- and post-natal women, injury rehabilitation and prevention, elite training for athletes and active individuals, postural assessment and corrective exercise. Her creative approach to Pilates is highly influenced by holistic modalities such as Feldenkrais, Franklin Method, somatics and yoga.

Jennifer works with clients with many injuries and conditions, including scoliosis, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, herniated disks, hip and knee replacements and low back and neck pain. She is successfully rehabilitating her own hip injury (from all the eye-high kicking) and loves sharing her research with interested clients.  Benefits of sessions with Jennifer include increased vitality, strength, flexibility, balance; reduced stress and improved posture.
