Emily Voorhees — pilates

Emily Voorhees is a trained Pilates Teacher and a Birth Doula. She came to Pilates as a practitioner to address chronic headaches and the “side-effects” of a life spent in the mountains as an avid backcountry skier, cyclist, runner and swimmer. As an instructor, Emily is deeply interested in creating personal and individualized conversations with her clients where pain can be understood and not feared, where strength can arise in unexpected and surprising places. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum Pilates and Pilates for athletes.
